Black Mundus necklace

Designed as a mechanical sculpture, this black
anodised aluminium necklace is both powerful and elegant. A thin mirror-polished line underlines the edge of each fin. It is adorned in its centre with an imposing brilliant-cut ‘Sky Blue’ topaz (16.03 ct). The deposits of this very luminous gem often offer large coloured crystals, from which it is possible to cut big stones, like this one. Three small white diamonds placed on three of the fins enliven the whole jewel (0.01 ct). On the back, a system of mirror-polished screws, custom-made and stamped with the ‘C’ evoking the name of the brand, allows the pendant to be linked to a rhodium-plated sterling silver chain. The lightness of the aluminium makes this oversized necklace easy and comfortable to wear. Signed ‘Studio C’ on the back.
