« Between architecture and sculpture »
Continuing on from the H collection, Charlotte Romer has further developed her work with materials by sculpting aluminium scraps into plates and tubes. Passionate about the Art Deco period, the designer drew inspiration from her research into jewellery designs to create highly graphic and profoundly modernist pieces.
The theme of the staircase is central to this collection. Rising towards a fountain or descending towards gardens punctuated with sparkling stones, they embody an architectural and modern vision of the city.
Entirely hand-sculpted and encrusted with gemstones, each piece of jewellery is unique.
The matte colour of the metal contrasts with certain meticulously polished parts and with the sparkle of the gemstones.
