Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) apply to all sales concluded through the website www.studioc-paris.Com (hereinafter “the Website”), operated by Studio C, whose registered office is located at 128 rue du Cherche Midi – 75006 Paris – France, and registered with the RCS of Paris under number 889115697.
2. Acceptance of the T&Cs
By confirming their order, the customer (hereinafter “the Customer”) declares to accept these T&Cs without reservation. These T&Cs prevail over any other document, except for prior, express, and written exemption from Studio C.
3. Products
The products governed by these terms and conditions are those listed on the website and indicated as sold and shipped by Studio C. They are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the event of the unavailability of a product, it may be the subject of a special order involving an adjusted price and an additional delivery time agreed upon by the parties at the time of the order. The essential characteristics of the products (jewelry) are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, Studio C cannot be held liable. The photographs of the products are not contractual.
4. Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. Studio C reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation. The Customer can benefit from discounts through the use of promotional codes, applicable under the conditions specified on the Website. Promotional codes are not cumulative and cannot be applied after order confirmation.
5. Order
The Customer can place an order on the Website by following the indicated steps. The order will only be definitively validated after payment acceptance. Studio C reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
6. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card through a secure payment platform. The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use this payment method. Studio C reserves the right to suspend any order management and delivery in case of payment authorization refusal by the officially accredited organizations.
7. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the order. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on availability and transport conditions. Studio C cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond its control.
8. Withdrawal and Return
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete.
9. Warranty
The products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
10. Liability
Studio C cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. The liability of Studio C will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order.
11. Protection of Personal Data
The personal information collected from the Customer is necessary for the management of their order and the commercial relationship. They may be transmitted to Studio C’s partners involved in the execution of orders. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law, the Customer has a right of access, rectification, and deletion of personal data concerning them.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Studio C. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the Website whether they are software, visual or sound elements.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any judicial action. Failing this, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
